Open New Account

This screen is to complete an application to open a new account with the bank.

Complete the Application

• Account Type: Select the type of account from the list.
• Currency: Select the currency from the list.

Initial Deposit:

• From Account: Select the account to be debited.
• Amount: Enter the amount and select the currency for the amount to be transferred.
• To upload supporting documentation for your application click . The maximum supported file size will be 3MB. The supported file types are PFD or JPEG.
• To remove files that you have uploaded click .
• Accept Terms & Conditions: Check the check box.

Submit the Application

• When you have completed the details click Submit.
• You will now move to a confirmation page where you can review the details. You might be asked to input an TAN

  Some processes in the Internet Banking system require the input of an TAN (transaction authorisation number) for security reasons. For example a TAN might be required when you make a transfer between your own accounts.

  How to Use an SMS TAN

  • click Send me a TAN.
  • an SMS will be sent to your mobile phone.
  • input the PIN number in the field SMS TAN.
  • when you click Save the system will validate the number. TAN numbers can only be used once.

  How to Use the Token Device

  • You must enter a new TAN for each transaction you make. TAN numbers can only be used once.
  • Click the button on the Token Device and a number will be generated on the Device screen.
  • Enter the TAN number, click Submit and then Confirm.

• Click Confirm.
• You will receive a message if your application has been successful or an error message if your application has failed.
