Forgot Your User Id/Password/PIN

• You will be asked to select what you have forgotten: User id, Password or PIN.
• NOTE: Only some banks use PINs.
• If User Id is selected:
  • You will be requested to provide your designated email address.
  • The system will automatically send an email to this address with your user id.
• If Password is selected:
  • You will be requested to enter your user id.
  • Answer the security questions.
  • The system will then automatically send a temporary password to the email address assigned to your user id.
• If PIN is selected:
  • You will be requested to enter your user id.
  • Answer the security questions.
  • The system will then automatically send a temporary PIN to the email address assigned to your user id.
