Device Details

You have the option on this screen to save the device details that you logged into the internet banking from. The advantages of saving your device details is that you will not be asked to save your details again from the same device. According to how many times you log into the internet banking from the same device that is saved you will be asked to complete certain security requirements for some processes in the internet banking. The security requirements are set by the bank and it is normal for the requirements to be higher for unsaved devices.

You can maintain your devices from the Device Management Screen.

• You can click skip not to save your device options.
• If you click Save you will move to a confirmation screen where you can enter a Device Nickname. Click Confirm to save your details or back to go back to the previous screen.

NOTE: Each time you login to the internet banking system you will receive an email with the details of your login device. If it was NOT you who logged into the internet banking you have the option in the email to BLOCK this device.
