Change Password

For your own security we recommend that you change your Password frequently. Never reveal your Password to anyone.

NOTE: The required format by the Bank for the password is displayed on the screen.

• User ID: Displays your current User ID.
• Existing Password: Enter your current Password.
• New Password: Enter a new Password within the following limitations:
  • You are not allowed to reuse your old password.
  • You are not allowed to use a sequence of identical characters.
  • Your New Password should be different from your current User ID.
  • Password length is defined by the bank, an error message will appear if you input the incorrect length with the correct number of characters.
• Advice: You should not use Passwords consisting of:
  • Months, weekdays, birthdays or any other form of date.
  • Family names, initials or license numbers.
  • Names, ID number or any other bank references.
  • Phone numbers or consecutive number series.
  • Dictionary words.
• Confirm New Password: Enter your New Password for confirmation.
• Click Submit.
