Secure Messages to/from the Internet Banking Support Team
This screen enables you to send secure electronic messages to the Internet Banking support team. The message content is sent encrypted to the support centre and can be read by authorised personnel only.
How to Send a Message
- Click on the New Message tab heading.
- Category: Select the category from the list.
- Some banks have the option for you to upload and attach a file to your message click .
- Message: Enter your message then click Send. Once the message has been sent it will be moved to the Sent box.
Inbox Process Options
The inbox list all messages received from the Internet Banking support team. Once you have opened a message it will be marked as Read.
- To view your Inbox click on the Inbox tab heading.
- You can read a message by clicking on the subject heading, click Reply to reply to the message. Enter your message then click Send.
- Some banks have the option to delete messages.
Sent Process Options
The sent box list all messages sent from the customer to the Internet Banking support team.
- To view your sent box click on the Sent box tab heading.
- You can read a message by clicking on the subject heading.
- Some banks have the option to delete messages.
